SipX   |   Sip Trunking

Sip Trunking features of IPPBX:

  • SIP call origination & termination
  • Branch office routing
  • Proxy to proxy interconnect using ACLs
  • Least-cost-routing (LCR)
  • Mixing of PSTN trunks with SIP trunks
  • TLS support for secure signaling
  • Route header for flexible call routing through an SBC
  • Flexible rules for SBC selection (route selection)

Apart from the existing features of SipX MARS has implemented few additional call Routing algorithms to the existing sipX Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) feature like

Most Idle Agent Algorithm (MIA) : Based on this algorithm an ACD group call is routed to the Agent who is most idle as per the ACD Call Statistics.

Least Call Count Algorithm (LCC) : The call is always routed to the agent who has least number of calls attended as per the ACD Call Statistics.

And new features like:

  • ACD Operational hours
  • ACD Wrap Up
  • In Queue Digits
  • and ACD Statistics
