Under this model, both MARS and its client(s) may be open to share investments in working capital, technological investments, human resources, risks and rewards.

• Provides the client's, the opportunity to obtain new capacity and expertise to service large markets/clients
• Allows clients to enter into related businesses or new geographic markets or obtain new technological knowledge
• Shorter lead time in setting up operations in India due to complementary strengths
• Requires local management to absorb country risks and statutory compliance

This requires creation of a new legal entity with shared control and MARS providing Local Management support.
