Depending on the Client's needs and comfort level, they may begin working with MARS Telecom on a project basis. Projects can range from project planning and requirements definition to supporting the complete lifecycle of a software product. Since project requirements are defined up front, costs and schedules are fixed to reduce the risk of budget overruns.

Alternatively, the Client's can engage our services on an attractive fixed cost per man-month basis.
